Given the significant impact of COVID-19 on how we work, travel, and socialize, we have adopted a cancelation policy to address the evolving nature of this epidemic. For guests with existing individual reservations, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically restrictive, we will allow changes or cancelation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival if the change or cancelation is made by April 15, 2020. For guests making new reservations between today and April 15, 2020, we will allow reservations to be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before a guest’s scheduled arrival date
