Terms & Conditions: Full non-refundable prepayment required at time of booking. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the total amount quoted for the entire stay. Advance Purchase rates require 100% prepayment at the time of booking and are entirely non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable. Payments for bookings at Advance Purchase/Non-Refundable rates are not refundable and bookings may not be modified. Modifications to your reservation (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) are not permitted. A valid credit or debit card in the name of the primary guest is due at the time of check in to cover the incidental hold of $50 per night.

Reservations made through certain third party websites and travel agents may not be eligible for changes or refunds. Please check with your hotel at the time of booking to determine if any additional conditions apply. Tax exempt forms will not be accepted in conjunction with an Advance Purchase reservation. Any currency conversions displayed on advertising are for comparison only; reservations will be booked in the local hotel currency displayed.

Your rate is strictly based on your scheduled check-in date and length of stay. The price quoted applies to the exact date(s)/nights/stay booked. The front desk will verify your check-out date upon arrival; choosing to depart early may change your nightly rate. Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this promotional rate shall not apply.

This offer is not applicable to existing reservations or group bookings, and may not be combined with other select promotions, discounts or offers. Additional restrictions, blackout dates, early departure fees, and deposit and cancellation restrictions may apply and vary by hotel. Unless otherwise noted, all offer components are non-transferrable or redeemable for cash, expire at check-out and may not be used or applied on future stays.

If you cancel, attempt to modify your dates, or fail to arrive for your check-in, you forfeit the total room charge plus tax. However, we reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations that involve fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or those that contain errors or mistakes. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraudulent or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation.
